• b. E-copy of the Franchise Application Form

3. Pay thru our Metro Bank or Banco de Oro Accounts. Major Credit Cards are also accepted.

4. E-mail back to us E-copies of the following

• Scanned accomplished Application Form
• Scanned Bank Deposit Slip or screenshot of deposit confirmation (if done thru on-line banking) or any proof of deposit, payment, or credit card receipts.
• Scanned copy of the Sketch Map where you would like to place your food cart business (for zoning evaluation and for us to locate the nearest distributors in your area)

5. Allow us 2-3 days to process your papers. We will keep you informed of the status.

6. Contract/Franchising Agreement, Business Kit, and all the necessary documentation will be sent to you via dhl/lbc/2go (whichever is applicable in your area).

7. Allow us 4-5 weeks for the release of your food cart franchise package.

8. While waiting for your food cart franchise package, kindly process the necessary Business Permits and Clearances required to operate the business. Details of the requirements are included in the business kit.

9. Operate your food cart franchise business.
